Delusion again. The number one trait is follow up on the referrals you’ve received. Other crucial traits are Positive Attitude, Enthusiasm and Motivation, Trustworthiness and Good Listening Skills. A Positive Attitude makes people want to associate with you, Enthusiasm and Motivation gain respect, Trustworthiness creates a level of comfort for your referral partners and Good Listening Skills brings understanding and wisdom.
