Today let’s talk about “access.”
Think about what it took to first get in these doors. Now think about what it took to get approved and accepted to *stay* in these doors.
Lucky 62, we’re a hot ticket. Because showing up here is access to talent, quality, power – and to simplify it, access to business. But business is really about access to money.
Now take a look for yourself at what money gives you access to. Is it Security? Freedom? The ability to get things or do things? Is it a feeling that comes from how you perceive your life? What you can provide for yourself and others?
Why do you do what you do? What has you get up in the morning and create your day? Create your life?
This group is brilliant! We could make money doing all sorts of things. Why have we chosen what we have?
Get present to your Why and gain access to the larger conversation. And the next time someone asks you what you do, you can offer an answer that goes beyond the simple “doing,” the What and even the How. You can offer something that speaks to your impact – on those around you, your community, your city, in some cases maybe even the world.
As Simon Sinek so beautifully articulated in his book and his Ted talk, when you “Start With Why,” you access something way more powerful.
“People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.”
Access your Why and that bigger conversation, and you access the power to make a difference – in your business and in your life.
