Networking = Relationships

And we can cultivate them in many ways. But ultimately it’s creating bonds through shared experience. We learn about each others’ businesses in Elevate meetings. But there’s something special about connecting *outside* the room as well. Because we get to be with the people behind the businesses.

So when Andrew Kahner invited me up to the National Polo Center in Wellington, because UBS was sponsoring a tent for the Joe Barry Memorial match, I was in. And Joana and I had a wonderful Sunday with him, his lovely wife Noa, and some of his family, friends, clients and colleagues.

Speaking of colleagues, I got to spend some time with Bernard — one of the main members of Andrew’s team. Great guy, who brings his own style, but you can also see where Andrew’s influence has rubbed off and made him better.

They’re up to big things, and they continue to grow. So I also want to use this email to share about a new role player they want to add into the mix.

Who do you know that might match this description and be a new asset for Team Kahner…

Here’s what they’re looking for:

— An executive assistant who’s really good with task management, and the coordination of team communication, processes, and other tasks

— Highly organized

— Florida based, ideally in or very close to Miami

— Might be able to work remotely or in a hybrid dynamic

A great opportunity for the right person — If you know someone, let Andrew know.

Grateful to be a part of this brilliant Elevate community. If there’s anything I can do for YOU, I’m a text or email away…

And remember, “Success is a forward game!”
