So I did a deeper dive into my numbers, and came up with the stat that is the biggest driver of my closed business.
That number is 13.5.
That’s how long I’ve been in the chapter.
And it turns out that 90% of my closed business is attributed to a referral that happened in one of my first 12 years in Elevate with the ongoing revenue that these clients spend with me each and every month, while 10% was attributed to referrals made in the last year.
